Number blocked for months with no resolution

So my cellphone number was blocked a few months ago. I then tried to call the customer care number I was told I need to update my RICA information, therefore I needed to report to the nearest service centre with my proof of residence and ID, I did that however the issue was not resolved. For months I've been going to different service centres, doing sim swaps however my number is still blocked and I haven't recieved any proper assistance. This is really frustrating.
