Number blocked / deleted

I am very disappointed at vodacom, they are in the process of deleting my number, claiming I have not received calls nor been using data for the past 3 months. I have however been using the number for over 15 years, been loading data every month and have been receiving calls every single day. I cannot get a clear answer why its being deleted, can't get assistance from all the shops I visited. Funny enough, I receive OTPs and everything on that number but it's getting deleted. I am appalled at the service I received at the Maponya and Sunninghill Village branch. No assistance at all.
