number activated on my account

A number has been activated on my account with a huge credit limit. I am at work! Did not activate it!<br> <br> I have phoned all the help line NUMBERS...no one can help. Get transferred, get numbers to phone...NO JOY!<br> Tried the e-mail service... SSDD. ***. <br> The sales team at ER Mall were awesome.<br> The after sales help does not exist!<br> <br> Now I need to take time off work, go into the store with certified documents to cancel a account i did not sign for. REALLY!<br> <br> PLEASE take a note from VIRGIN, their after sales service was awesome.<br>
