Ntombi from your Fibre client service department is the best you could ever have. Very patient, do follow ups and knows your systems . I called yesterday & the guy that was helping me made me unhappy as he did not know most questions I had regarding my cancelled contract with you. Today I called again, I was assisted by Ntombi, very professional, calm and collected agent. She responded to all questions with satisfaction. Thank you Ntombi for your service.
