NTHABISENG LEPELASANE IS A TRUE GEM

<p>It is not often that I have joy when calling the Vodacom call centre but todayI was lucky enough to get through to a consultant with EXCELLENT MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE S****S. Nthabiseng was gentle in the way she spoke and was super efficient with my query - I wanted to rate her service as EXCELLENT but cut the call accidently before I could even do so. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to commend Nthabiseng for the way in which she handled my query and her efficiency!!!! Vodacom, you most definitely need more staff like her!!!!
