Ntandos Hadebe - AN ASSET

i have been in need of a new phone for like over a month, so i decided to take on a new contract with Vodacom4u as they were the ones that had the device i wanted in stock- bad idea as my application took about 2 weeks to be finalized, i always had to call - no one bothered to keep me updated, i decided to call them and cancel the contract as i was planning to go to vodaworld, but then decided to try Vodacom online, Best idea i have ever made, a kind Gentleman by the name of Ntando Hadebe called me, and assured me that everything is possible with Vodacom online - i sent him all required documentation, within a day my contract was approved and finalized 25/08/2015 and then as I was preparing myself to wait for 5 working days for my phone to arrive, it got delivered on the 27/08/15 which was three days earlier than expected. Ntandos Hadebe is the best thing that has ever happened to vodacom :), Now im a firm believer that anything is possible with Vodacom- Keep it up Ntando Hadebe.
