Now they damage phones to save money on repairs

I take a phone in because of a problem, and suddenly the screen does not work and the cover is cracked and I bent the phone. Well I will be opening a malicious damage to property case as now they bend phones to save money on repairs. I surely and utterly shocked and dissapointed.
