notification sent out 20 days after debit returned

To whom it may concern

For myself being in the service industry i find it quite shocking that a company as big as Vodacom weren't willing to come to an agreement for settling my first outstanding bill.
my argument was that had i been notified within 24 or 48hrs that payment was returned i would've been able to sort it out.
my account was credited with call time, data and messages as per the agreement and i had money in my account.
i took it that all is good as always and carried on until 2 days ago i discovered i can't make any calls, not getting internet coverage etc.
i then called up the number included in the SMS sent to me on the 18 March 2015, after explaining myself and the situation the call centre agent advised me that they've sent a message March 5th which i haven't received.
i then notified her that the first communication i got was on the 19th and had proof as well as statements to prove funds was available.
her reply to me was, i quote \how does your phone work"";NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;792197;858669;18;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/03/21 18:11;15/03/24 12:44;she stole from us and tried to ruin our wedding;8,21E+12;Shiloh King;***;payment was made upfront, in full.(approx ten grand)
Thereafter,my bride to be, was treated like dirt.
The entire bridal party did their make-up at Vanity box, load shedding occurred, Vanity box was not prepared, she had her own issues which she projected onto us & created a situation of extreme inconvenience. we were just a headache for her.she just rushed through everything for the sake of getting stuff done.
she delayed the wedding by two hours. Eventually when we did get married, she refused to provide the services we requested, she left us stranded.she stopped taking our calls.she had a fight with the managers of the venue. she made my bride cry on her wedding day purposefully. she even told us to ask the priest to adjust his time to suite her. she posted pictures of the bride on facebook (without her permission) and blocked the bride from any form of contact.
this looked like an intentional attempt to ruin our wedding... need i say anymore? please be warned and warn others, as i wish this upon nobody else. it was very traumatic for me to go through this as the groom on my wedding day, you can only imagine how the bride felt...;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;831700;866954;14;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/03/24 14:18;15/03/24 12:44;couch in garden for 5 months;6,30E+12;riyad branch manager;***;my new couch purchased on 25 November delivered on the 28th of November still waits in my front garden

despite numerous enquires no solution has been reached all ive heard is excuses from shop-manager *** &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;708896;880393;33;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/03/24 14:32;15/03/24 12:46;Not pleased and unsatisfied;1,00E+12;;***;At the start of the year we were given a bill of R1500 and something by the water service. We did not understand the bill because we are 3 in the house and we were not there the whole of December. When we followed the issue we were told it was going to be fixed than reduced it to R500 we then proved that the Water Service does not take the readings and I have photographic proof. I showed the supervisor and she said she check it again and she will call. But she never called and when I went to check the balance today it says R500 and something. My question is how did they price us without the readings? And I would not want to falsely accuse them with something. And we pay every month. I am available for calls from 3PM and my email is [Email Removed] ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;550637;688107;14;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/03/20 14:36;15/03/24 12:48;poor service;7,90E+12;;***;I went to the store to get a spare for my monitor. Upon looking at the price of the spare I decided to take a new unit. Just after my gift card was scanned I asked if I could return the item should I find the missing piece on my old unit. At this point I was told there's no cash refund policy. This is not flagged anywhere in the store. Anyway so I asked for the item to be removed from my purchase, at this point the manager stepped in looking very reluctant to do so. He then went into his office to call ho which took forever. I said I was in a hurry since I had my baby in my arms. Regardless I was still left waiting, I eventually just took the item since it took too long & I needed to feed my baby. Really annoyed at the managers service, surely he could have just cancelled the sale. Further there's no sign of no cash refund policy. Afterwards I see the item is also 100rand more than all other stores. Needless to say I will never shop there again;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;330446;720622;14;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/03/24 14:46;15/03/24 12:50;Order stuck;;;***;I placed an order on the 23rd March for delivery on the 24th March and I had to call in to their call centre and they advised me the order was stuck due to some technical reasons and that it happened to a few clients. I was told they will call me back once they release the order. I then called back 2 hours later and the next person advised that the payment did not go through, even though I received an email with the receipt. Now I would have to place the order again. It was a special occasion that I needed the delivery to happen on the 24th March so thank you Netflorist for making me look like an ass. I have used your services for a while but in one instance a customers perception can change and I would never use your services or advise anyone else to use your services again. You suck big time and so does you staff. ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;379147;748542;14;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/03/24 14:38;15/03/24 12:50;Promotions;lizzy;Cecil;***;On the 18/03/15 I went to the store to get few things and I came across the stating that R12,99 200gx3 lux bath soap n I took them when I was at the counter I noticed that when the scan it shows R12,99 for each n I told them that the promo says 12,99 for 3 n I asked the cashier to call the manager is when they called Cecil who told me that the price was for one not 3 and when I showed him the tag he said I wasn't able to read n that I think im cleaver to get all 3 for R12,99 in a very bad way and I was disappointed n humiliated in front of his employees and customers he was talking in Afrikaans and I told him that I understand the language very well he then said if I did I would be able to read.so is this how customers should be treated more specially in a big company like Shoprite.
