Notice of Contract Finishing Struggle.
My Contract ended end September. I have given them 3 months’ notice beginning on June.
When I gave notice that I do not want to renew my contract the call center agent confirmed that my last payment would be end of September. The payment went off which was fine. Then the next month another payment went off after I have gotten confirmation from Vodacom that the contract was finished. I phoned the call center again to ask why this happened. I was transferred from person to person to person on a 53 minute call where the accounts people confirmed that my contract was indeed finished and it was a mistake from their side and that I would be phoned back within 48 hours to confirm my money to be paid back. This never happened in the following 2 weeks. I then went to the bank to reverse the payment that was taken without authorization.
After the reversal of the funds I kept receiving sms notifications that my account was in arrears, I contacted Vodacom again to find out why this was. After a very frustration conversation with an *********** person that I still needs need to pay for another month where I have received nothing.
After all the ******* I decided to just pay it to get rid of them and their bad service.
After paying the account where I had the call center person on the line while I was making the payment Paul confirmed that its paid and that I will receive an sms notification of the payment. Still waiting for the SMS. When I log onto the Vodacom website “that never works” it still shows that my account is in arrears. I have requested a call back as I have been on the phone with them for hours on end already.
I am tired of dealing with *********** people and not getting my issue resolved. I will never again get anything from VODACOM again. Worst service ever.
If anyone know of a person working for them that can actually do their job and assist me to finally get rid of them please let me know. I’ll really appreciate it.
