Notice Month of contract but can't do anything

<p>I am currently in my notice month at vodacom my contract will only expire by the end of September so I am still paying for this whole month of September so my data is finished and I tried to buy data with *1113 on the 14th of September and the message said I will receive my data shortly. So nothing came through, on friday the 16th I tried again and this time the same thing happend so i decide to phone vodacom on 082111 so the first lady told me it cant go throug because I am on my notice month, so I ask to speak to someone higher so i spoke to her superior Joshua Alexander. He also just said he can not help me so althou the are treating me and charging me like a normal months contract I can't use it like a normal contract . How rediculous is this, they said but the system is bocking them but I know systems there are people that can bypass this systems, but still their systems is not suposse to be loke that. I am still paying for this contact till the end of this month. this is the reason why we cancle our contacts with vodacom people. full of empty promise. the can give you free minutes for droprd calls but they can't do something simple like allow me to buy data on my own contact which I still pay for. Who in this time and age can go without data. this is absolute poor servise...</p>
