Nothing works @ Vodacom. Not even their employees.

A promise was made to me to be called back by Julian in the escalations department. He called me for the first time on Monday, 05 October and said to me that he would call me back before the end of the day. Now, I don't know if their one day is equal to 7 days, but it's been a week and I haven't heard back from Vodacom since. I was trying to get my screen insurance sorted so that my phone could be repaired. I just got an sms from Vodacom repairs to say that I have to collect my phone from them, UNREPAIRED, because there was no further instruction given. Also, it says that I have declined the offer, but I don't know how that's possible, because no one ever called me to let me know what the cost of my repair is. Vodacom is useless. If ever I need to get things done with Vodacom, I always find myself calling after everyone to get my own stuff sorted. Nobody works there. They all get paid for being employed but are of no use to their customers. It's pathetic and I am over it. I have only had my phone for 2 weeks before going in for repairs and it has been nothing but a hassle.
