Nothing rite about Finrite! - Vodacom cellphone Insurance Administrators

Dear Vodacom, sadly moving the Cellphone insurance from Cellsure to Finrite was a huge mistake, as Finrite service is well below standard! My posting FYI, is as follows: Nothing rite about Finrite! Vodacom cellphone Insurance cover cancelled in September 2020, but never actioned by Finrite until November, however refund for Sept to November still not processed, this despite assurances that it will. What concerns me is that there is no email address to the Credit Dept, so I guess this platform is the next best thing! (Posted on Finrite).
