Nothing is ever too much for Elize Smit from Vodac

I have been working with a lady named Elize Smit at the Vodacom Secunda Mall branch for over a year now and I have never experienced excellent service like she offers ever in my life in the cell phone industry before. We bombard her with countless enquiries, upgrades, PUK requests etc at one time only to be helped within record time with no excuses and no hassles. After not being able to get feedback from MTN in over a month regarding upgrades there for our company Elize made the time and effort of personally going to the MTN office and submitting the enquiry on my behalf. Needless to say my MTN contracts are moving over to Vodacom as soon as possible because of staff like her. If she could step into a position at head office Vodacom will gain one hard worker who believes that customer service is everything. Elize I have never met you in person but YOU ARE MY STAR and I believe countless others in Secunda feel the same way. Thank you for your hard work and your dedication to keeping Vodacom's reputation up in the air where no other cell phone company can reach.
