Nothing has been resolved...

I wrote a review about Vodacom Repair Fourways Mall and was sent an apology e-mail the following day - whoopie doo... didn't change my situation at all. I am still experiencing no service from this repair centre.

Yesterday I received an SMS to notify me that my cellphone is ready for collection (after THEIR TECHNICIAN BROKE the speaker on my phone), it had to be sent to the advanced repair centre).

The last time I spoke to them I asked them to send my phone to Vodacom Clearwater. This morning I'm trying to verify that this will be done to which I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I am trying to phone them but the line is busy - this has been going on for an hour now. My thinking is that they obviously took the phone off the hook.

What a pathetic little shop with *********** staff. Sincerely hope you close down soon. Please do not bother sending an e-mail as it means nothing to me.
