Nothing done about previous complaint

I put a complaint in on Tuesday last week on Hello Peter due to the bad service I received from Vodacom Brooklyn.

I am sitting a week later with no phone, and Vodacom who promised to call me back to sort out the issue but still nothing a week later.

It's obvious to me the store sales team get incentives to push the smaller brand phones even if they are not what you want. They lie about the quality. So now I had to return a phone, got promised I would have a phone in 5 days and still nothing.
