nothing but frustration from vodacom internet

I ordered vodacom fibre at the beginning of April and on 16th April i received my sales order number its now the 30th of May and I still dont have my line or any info yet when i called last week i was told my modem is being delivered but haven't heard anything yet its so frustrating im on the verge of cancelling the order the sales person who took the order also hasn't been able to help me either
