Not working properly

I took a Hp laptop deal with a vodacom<br> Store and i am not happy with the laptop. I believe its mot working as it should. I am struggling to load games and applications on it as its telling me therw is system files missing. There is also extremely slow response on the laptop. I want to return the items and cancel the deal becouse besides the wifi its not working properly for me
