Not willing to replace a broken phone

I booked in my phone at Vodashop Ceres for repairs. The phone bent although I have not sat on it as they claim. everywhere on the internet it shows the Iphone 6 plus bending is a defect. i always carry my phone in my pocket alone as it is a big phone and it takes most of my pocket. They quoted me R5242.86.<br> The first time it was booked in Job # ***4 they didn't even bother calling me and explaining what the quote was for. Eventually after phoning ARC, they weren't sure if they were going to repair or replace the phone for that amount. The phone came back and was rebooked with Job# ***7. The phone was rebooked on the 12/12/2015. They are still sending quotes, but i feel this is unacceptable as it is a known defect and I have been with Vodacom for more than 8 years. I need the phone for business purposes and not once have I had such issues. I am planning to cancel my contract if they do not attend to this issue.
