Not wanting to give me my paid up letter

I have never in my life worked with a more useless unhelpful corporation in my life!!!!! I had to resort to Hello Peter to get Vodacom to actually contact me a few weeks ago, after which I was finally given a balance due on my account. Which I paid in full that same day. I have now been struggling for over a week to get my Paid up letter from Vodacom. I am sent from pillar to post and hold for hours a day and nothing ever changes. I spoke to a Nokanda and a Kopano Rakwena to get my balace due, which I got and paid. I then spoke to Somwapo and Zolile the supervisor last week, all of whom acknowledged that my payment was reflecting and that I no longer owed Vodacom anything. I was told it would take 24 hours to get a paid up letter, 48 hours later I was told it would like 48 hours and I would have my paid up letter by COB that day. 3 days later I called again because I still did not have it and I was told by a Paul that he could see I had requested one and it would be with me by 9 30am that morning. Well surprise surprise. Another 24 hours have gone by and I still have nothing. I called AGAIN and I am still no closer to getting this letter. Infact now I was told it would take between 7 and 21 days to get this letter? Does anyone who works there actually know whats going on!!!!! My frustraion is that I paid Vodacom, I pro actively tried to contact them to sort this out, sorted it out within an hour of speaking to someone, and now that I have paid you and I need a paid up letter no one is willing to help me. I made the payment directly to Vodacom, and did not involve any debt review company. I made the payment in my personal capacity and have been BEGGING for my paid up letter! I have no other choice now but to throw my toys out of the cot and go to social media HOPEFULLY someone with some sort of authority can send me this letter!!!!!

PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE DEAL WITH VODACOM AGAIN
