Not Vodacom, Rather another
I live in Soweto, Johannesburg. From December 2018 Vodacom has been aware of a network tower that is ‘severely constrained’ and offer NO COVERAGE often. It is November 2020 and the issue persists, specifically during this covid time where for most of us working at home is mandatory. My issue (and areal issue) been escalated several. And my personal income affected detrimentally. Poor service. Poor handling and even worse attitudes from their technical staff
