Not very happy

I've ported my nr to vodacom. My port was approved. I had to come in to choose my contract. I was informed to come and collect my phone. Just to hear they still have problems with the system. They have my phone but can't give it to me. I cant drive up and down. I can't get off work every time. Its unexceptable.
