Not UPGRAED

<p>Good day</p> <p>As a previous complain , Vodacom phoned me back BUT , I was giving a new line and NOT an upgrade... to the reason i was complaining the first time , vodacom did not want to upgrade my line , but to my surprise</p> <p> I bought a car last year July.. Mr Wiseman Moloi phoned me about the upgrade on my line ********** and said i will be able to get a Samsung S7 Gold... to my surprise when received the modem that i did NOT WANTED new line JUST an upgrade on ********** 823.</p> <p>I later phoned the call centre again and spoke to a lady Claudine , and said that Wiseman could have not done the upgrade and gave a new line... Guys PLEASE sort this out!!!! I do not need any new modem at all... I also went to a vodacom shop in Polokwane and they also confirmed that its a new line... CAN ANYONE phone me to sort this out please!!! my contact number ********** ..
