Not trustworthy and poor service

1. Phone upgrade done via telesales on U Choose Flexi 200. Negotiations were done with Thabo Maphalala who stated that the package content of R200 airtime, 20 sms and 500MB data. I then received a sms on the 31st Jul 2016 which reads that the data is active and that i will receive 500MB data for the next 5 months, why not for the duration of my contract? On the 31st July 2016 Masilo Mokopane confirmed that it should be for the duration of my contract and that he can send a request in writing as a confirmation. I am still awaiting a written confirmation 2. I received a new phone (Samsung A5 2016) on the 27th July 2016 and both the "recents" and "back" keys are not consistent with illumination, this results in the inability to use the keys at any given point in time upon using the device. I was of the impression that it has to do with phone settings but it does not seem to be a case. A call was logged with Keegan when i called ********** since Tumelo hung up on me when i requested that a sms with a reference number be sent prior to be hanging up. Keegan provided a reference number A2-1TQI-1P61DW. 3. I request a letter on a Vodacom signed letterhead describing my contract package and its contents, also verifying that the package content is to be received by me for a whole duration of the contract (contract period must be stipulated). I also need this phone to be collected from me and a new one be provided to me upon collection of a faulty phone as i do not want any further inconveniences. It is unacceptible that a query be escalated via Hello Peter for a good service delievery to be provided , Mpho refusing to provide his surname and back-chatting me, and also for Tumelo to hang up a line whilst in the middle of the query.
