not trust worthy Repair Technicians

Horrible and not trust worthy technicians for repair units, i took my phone for repair on the 08 November 2018 because the back camera was not working and vodacom Highveld mall booked it in . after a week i got an Text that i should accept a Quote of about R 8000 because my phone is booked out of warranty it was found with a physical damage of a cracked LCD of the camera. i went to the store and complained because my phone had no physical damage and the lady i give my phone checked the phone before booking it in and it had no damages after going back to the store about 3 times i asked the store manager who is Lebo and she advice that we should reject the Quote so that the phone will come back so we see the physical damage they claiming it has, on the 23 November 2018 Lebo called me and told me phone is back i should come to the store to check it, indeed wen opened the phone and checked the phone and the was NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE , i am so angry as to why would they claim it has a physical damage while it does not have any damage. i am still waiting for Vodacom to let me know what will happen this will be my 3 week trying to get my Iphone 8 back camera fixed.
