Not truly checking for the problem or fixing it.

In short my iphone six's speakers and aux port started giving me issues after 4 months. I booked it in at Vodacom world repairs in Midrand expecting quality service from the \head office"in Gauteng. My reported fault in the booking in report I felt was not sufficient enough for the issue I had. My problem being faulty and not like stated \""not working\"". A week later I had to check on the website how my repairs are doing and saw that I can go pick my phone up. Got there and the report says no fault been found. So I tested it myself again in front of the consultant with a non-apple product and still faulty"
