Not Treating Customers Fairly

Firstly it all started when my airtime (199) disappeared on 01 October 2016 for some odd reason i had called the customer care center to tell my story, however i was told that i am the 8th person that had called about the same problem who are on the same plan as myself. The guy i spoke to said the matter has been escalated because there might be an issue on their side, that was perfectly fine with me because he assured me that he escalator and i must call on 02 October 2016 to see the activity on my phone of which i did.

On sunday i spoke to another lady that said the guy i spoke to on the previous day did not escalate the matter- TOTALLY UNACCEPTIBLE, anyway i re explained my story the lady who did log an incident for me and i received two sms one with a reference number and she explained that the turn around time is 48 Hours.

BAM BAM its is friday the 07 October 2016 and i have still not heard anything from Vodacom. So i decided to call and find out what was taking and the explaination that i got was that my incident is still not have been assigned to anybody and its still OPEN!!! (How that happens when vodacom has a turnaround time of 48 hours, IT IS BEYOND ME) i was then put through to the ****ions department to hear what exactly happened and nobody can give me the answer except that she will edit the incident request that was submitted and see if there is no one that can assist- AGAIN TOTALLY UNACCEPTIBLE.

As it stands it means i must now use my own money to buy the airtime to convert into data because people are taking away all our money every month and yet they think they can just take our airtimes too.

We work damn hard for these money and they are quick to deduct money from the account but then when it comes to resolving issues you literally have to follow them around.

I WANT MY AIRTIME BACK

BRING ALL OF IT BACK

I HAVE WASTED MY TIME TRYING TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVE BUT NO ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST>

I mean i have been the a customer since i first got my phone 10 years ago and unfortunately i will not take this lying down. I will move to other network provider even tough they are not my favourite.

Vodacom your agents are the faces of your company and unfortunately if you cannot employ competent individuals you will be disaapointed.

Oh one thing i asked for all te refence numbers to the calls that i have been making and the lady called Lebo who refused to give me her surname also refused with these records- She is from Solutions Department and by the way who has a solutions department that cannot provide solutions??? TOTALLY BEYOND ME!!!!

I am not going to explain myself any further, i want my airtime back and no stories.

#SORTITOUTVODACOM
