Not Treating customers Fair and High Debit payment

I have had multiple issues with Vodacom for the last 2 months.

I have 7 contracts with Vodacom and have been a loyal customer for many years. Three contracts came up for upgrade 2 months ago, Alot of their vodashops did not want to upgrade my contract has they had not got the items that complemented the phone contract. this item being the Gear 2 watches. Eventually, I went to the Mall @ Reds, they did the upgrade without initially letting me know that there was an issue with orders or deliveries and promised I would recieve the watches within 4 days. It seems that they wanted to just add to their business by upgrading my contract. After four visits to the vodashop, they had been putting the blame on Samsung being delayed as the supplier, Its been 2 months and finally got 1 of the watches, however I ordered a Black and a White watch as advertised, Only to find out the one I received is dark grey, and I was told I will get the white one on Tuesday the 5-7-16, Do these guys not understand that they are not treating the customer fairly. I had to pay in on one of the contracts as they claimed I had upgraded a month early, surely with them not fullfilling the contract to the fullest, I should not be charged these extra fees.

The second issue is that

I had phoned the Vodacom call centre on Friday 01-7-16 at around 1pm, with the hope that they can assist me by explaining why my account was double debited, waited for 15 mins before an agent answered the phone, then started to try and assist. eventually after holding on for another 8 minutes due to there being system issues, the agent could not review my account. When I told him that they had double debited me, he said that the accounts department was closed and I needed to call back on Saturday. How does the biggest service provider in the country close their account department before 5pm on a Friday. Eventually I could not hold on any longer, I asked the agent to call me back when he was able to access my details via his system .

To date I am still waiting for a response.

I refuse to give up my time anymore for their incompetence, I will not go to their customer service centre in Vodaworld as the waiting time is on average 35 minutes before someone can assist.. If this matter cannot be resolved soon, then its best I return the items and we part ways.
