Not to be trusted,,, order approved no phones delivered

I'm so disgusted by the service I received from vodacom I app**** go a contract phone on Sunday I was approved and I accepted the debick sameday,, later I received an sms saying the great news order was successfully submitted now I'm calling vodacom to confirm what happening they telling me that the delivery was cancelled because maybe of the device I selected but no one tried to call me and telle all this nonsense,,, I rejected a MTN offer because I wanted to use vodacom services now this is such bad service.
