Not Taking Responsability

Took my sons water resistant phone in for repairs as it just went dead. The person booking in the phone looks at the phone and says that it is liquid damage and will not be covered by warranty. ( this guy is superman as he can apparently see into the phone with out opening it ) <br> <br> I then get a quotation of R950 for repairs. When i called in i was told that the phone has liquid damage. I asked to speak to the person in charge and was given another number to call. I was then told that the lens is cracked on the phone.<br> <br> I was now confused as i was first told that there is liquid damage and then told the lens is cracked. I went back in the store on the 12 th of march and asked for the issue to be esculated. I had to call them back on the 22nd to be told that it is liquid damage and no explanation given about the cracked lens.<br> <br> VODACOM you guys are dissapointing !!!!
