not submitting debit order

ive had a notebook contract with vodacom for 4 years its paid every month with debit order,AS I NEVER RECEIVE AN ACCOUNT OR SMS EVER FROM VODACOM,i took it for granted everything is fine ,a month ago i wanted to make a call my notebook didnt work ,i reported it and was told my account is with legal dept. and ive been listed as bad payer...when i got over the shock i went to menlyn branch after an hour they connected me to legal dept who obviously thought i was a 12 year old and not a 50 year old business woman with 3 cell phones ,i was told to speak to my bank they send it back either i stopped it or there was no money in the account,my bank manager showedme that they never presented any debit order for 3 months ,also showed me if i had to stop it or if there was no funds what the paper work would have said <br> so clearly vodacom was at fault i then phoned them and emailed them ,they said i must pay x amount which INCLUDES DATA THAT I HAD NO EXCESS TOO ,then they will see what they can do !!
