Not stopping the contract for an Altzheimer patient

I'm very dissapointed in the time I've spent to get Vodacom to cancel my dad's cellular contract.

I've been trying since February this year.

I'm the Legal power of attorney for my dad as he has Altzheimer. He has not used is phone in more than a year. I requested for the first time on 17 Februay 2016 for them to cancel his contract due to his illness. I sent though all the relevant/requested infromation but the debit order is still going off his account.

This is the reference numbers received:

Legal: EC-04TZ-2E64S5

Cancellations 1- ********** 186

If the debit order goes off again tomorrow I will lay a complaint with ICASA.
