Not sticking to promises
I wrote a complaint about Vodacom, they responded and promised that someone will get back to me. I haven't received any correspondence from anyone from Vodacom

24 Feb 2021, 10:03I consider my issue still not resolved as I didn't get any call from anyone in the CEO's office to find out how best can they resolve my issue. After almost a year not honoring their promise they just decided to load 2 GB on my number without even consulting with me. I send an email to the person who Thato Makoti and CC the CEO I did not get any response, I then complained on Hello Peter and received a message that I will be contacted shortly but that did not happen, only after my 2nd complain on Hello Peter they decided to load 2GB and never even called to find out how best can they resolve my issue. Not even an apology was received.
