Not so good service

I have been a Vodacom client for many years and this includes my fiber package. But recently I am having a lot of trouble with their routers. The WiFi just turns it self of and when phoning Vodacom (22 October 2025) they keep going on about the speed. While it has nothing to do with that, after a long conversation the representative tells me that my ticket is going to the technical team and we'll yes have not heard from them since (5 November 2025)
