Not-So-Elite Mobile

I renewed my contract through one of Vodacom's partners Elite Mobile and what was sold to me, has not been delivered. It was an absolute misrepresentation and I feel like the consultant would have said anything to make a sale. What's worse is that Vodacom does not hold their partners accountable and expects me to sort this out even though it was confirmed on the recorded call that the promises made have not been delivered.

I have had to reach out to Elit Mobile (they are a pain to deal with and never come back to me) because Vodacom does not take responsibility, even though they gladly take my money every month but don't make good on the promises made.

I have complained several time and just keep reaching a dead end with both Vodacom and Elite Mobile. Extremely disappointing!
