Not serious about service
A very disappointing week calling through to get my new line connected. Each time I call the call center they give different stories. Since the 05th Nov they have been saying the open serve team will contact u. So from 24 - 48 today they saying turn around time is now 7- 14 working days. Wow... Really, is this how you plan to keep a new customer happy
