Not selling what the customer asks for then refuses to fix their mess

I took out a contract from Vodacom Northam branch and asked for the Samsung S7 phones with the Wrist watches capable of making and recievieng calls without having to pick up the phisical phone. The sales person (Kagiso) said that vodacom can give it to me. He also said we can have the phones with the Tab 3. I said I do not want a tablet I only want the phones with the watches that can make and recieve calls. So we did the conctract and the shop did not have the watches in stock. 3 days later the wathes was there (S2 Classic) I took the watch home and found that the watch cannot make nor recieve calls as I asked. I took the watch back and they orderd the S2 Sport ones and said that this watch can do what I want it to do. A week later the wathes came and again got home and the watch could not do what I asked for. Again I took the watches back and told him to get me what I asked for or change the contract accordingly. A week has gone by and I went to the shop again just to find that the owner refuses to fix the problem and tells me that now I just have to take the watches right or wrong he will not change it. We ended up in an loud argument and still no services nor agreement that he will fix my contract. I now just have to do with it for the remaining 2 year contrac. The watches was accepted back by the sales person and is still with the shop and not with me. I have now been to the shop 4 time in total (take note that it is not in the same town as where I stay) and still I do not have what I have asked for nor do I have the watches as it was accepted back. I am now at a point where I do not want to do bussiness with Vodacom anymore as it seems they have no service. I am also willing to take this to the Ombudsman or a lawyer if I do not have this resolved by the 14/10/2016. I am also not going to pay the contract till it is resolved, suspension of the number or not but I will not pay for something I did not want. Also take note that I have a gear fit and I do not need another watch that cannot make or recieve calls. I already have one. This contract is on two phones thus this is about two watches and two phones. Thus my monthly installment is not small and therefore I am not willing to take and pay for something I do not want. So please Vodacom (mother company) sort this out.
