NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK

I Upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S7 The phone worked fine with my old sim which came out of my Galaxy S5 which I had to cut smaller to fit but it worked. I tried all the solutions mentioned didn't work Vodacom advised me to switch the phone off for 24 hours with the sim card in the phone but I did a sim swop last week Sa****ay never worked since. I did a factory reset losing all my data except for the phone numbers. At the Vodacom Repairs centre the advised me to book the phone in for repairs but its Brand New. They checked the IMEI Number its not that either. In some instances I'm able to brows the Internet, and Whatsapp worked for a while after then also stopped. I couldn't even phone Vodacom activations *** or 082111

I tried selecting the network manually on the phone did not work. Currently the phone is switched off. Awaiting 24 hours

I tried this: How to resolve, fix Not Registered On Network Error or Issue in Android Device (Samsung s4,s3,note neo , grand 2, etc) : Step by step guide Trick 1. Follow this easiest method and make it done quickly. We are providing the way to fix not registered on network error in samsung s3, s4, note neo, grand 2, note 2 neo etc. This method worked for most of people and for us too. And hoping that, this issue will work for you as well. You just need to switch off your smartphone and take out your SIM(subscriber Identity module) from the smartphone’s tray. And put it again and switch on your device. When you have taken out sim card, your mobile device or network get automatically switched off with the operator network. This is the best proved method for us and for all other android users who are facing this issue. Trick 2: If trick 1 hasn’t work for you then there is no need to worry. We are providing another method which will help you fix not registered network issue or error in Samsung smartphones. In this method you need to follow some steps which are mentioned as below. Open the settings>> then mobile network>> then network operator. click on the network operators and after that, your device starts searching for network availability. After that, click on your carrier services and then select your operator name, after that your device will automatically reconnect with network. Trick 3: If the above two methods hasn’t worked for you. Then still there is no need to worry. We are providing another way to fix network not found error in samsung s4,s3,note 3 neo, note 4 neo , grand 2, grand. for this method, go to settings>>more network >>after that click on mobile networks>>network mode. In you will find an option WCDMA, tap that option. Once you have selected that option, your device will automatically restarts and your problem will be solved for sure - See more at: http://thetechoceans.com/not-registered-on-network-error-in-samsung-android-device-fixed/#comment-4690

Since i logged my first complaint about Vodacom Nothing has happened, each store did a sim swop told me to switch the phone off for 3 hours and the sim will activate, looks like they are only trained to do sim swops, they tested the sim card with the same number in two other phones it did the same thing. But the phone still sais Not Registered on the Network or No Service try agail later. I'm not impressed it only keeps getting worse i went to 3 Vodacom shops
