Not receiving things as stated on online orders
Hi Guys, So I received my parcel with my upgrade phone, according to the website and you website, I was supposed to receive 20GIG data and R1000 Accessory Voucher which I did not get in my parcel once opened... Please I want some answers as now I am paying 36Months for things I also haven't received??? How does Vodacom get away with these things that was part of the main reason taking the phone as it stated I would get a once off 20Gig and R1000 Accessories Voucher which I did not get!! Get it sorted please, Contact ***.
