Not receiving the contract as discussed during call

At the end of my contract I wanted to cancel my contract as Vodacom did not offer any competitive contracts. When I called to cancel, I was offered a top up contract of 50sms's, 50 minutes and 1gb+300mb data every month. During the call I repeatedly asked if that is exactly what I will get, and that it will only cost me R109 per month with no extra costs. This month I however only received 350mb and will be debited R118. Already there is hidden costs that I asked about repeatedly and was promised there is none. But the biggest problem is that I am short on the 1GB data. For this price, this contract is terrible and I would never accept it. Yesterday I called Vodacom asking about it, and the helpful lady I spoke to did everything she could and logged the issue, she told me that I would receive a call within 1-7 work days. This time frame is unacceptable since either Vodacom messed up while setting up the contract, or the purposefully misled me in singing up for the contract. The former is bad since it shows how *********** Vodacom is, the latter is even worse because it shows that Vodacom will cheat you out of your money and that they are *************. I expect to be called by end of business on the 4th of September, either to tell me that I will receive my 1.3Gb per month for R109 or to tell me that I will be able to cancel this contract immediately without any penalties.
