Not receiving otp for paypal login via vodacom

I will give zero stars if I could. I am not receiving otp from paypal due to vodacom. I did call vodacom and the agent told me to get a letter from paypal to confirm that I am not receiving the otp on my sim number. That is not a solution. Paypal are aware that the problem is with vodacom. I searched it on Google and other people are experiencing the exact same problem as I am. My money is now in paypal and I can not access my funds. It's Jan and I need that money but vodacom can't be bothered.
