not receiving Incomming calls first time

<p>After about 20 calls to Vodacom customer care line my and my wife's Iphones still does not recive incomming calls first time. i end up with a bunch of misssed calls which did not ring and it costs me a lot of money to phon back everytime. This problem started uccuring in february this year. Vodacom resets my account on their side and then for a few days it works. After that the old problem comes back again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to Jacaranda Vodacom and they had the account reset. that worked for afew hourts that time. Hattfiels Vodacom technical support and they gave me a solution that lasted about 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>In 8 months vodacom could not resove the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hendrik</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
