NOT QUALIFYING FOR CELLPHONE CONTRACT LOW SCORE

I am transferring all my Cell C contracts to VODACOM.<br> I app**** for two VODACOM contracts on 2015-06-16. <br> Contracts were not approved because of low scoring. <br> My Financial record is good.<br> Copy of application is available.<br> I also forward the documentation to client services, but no response.<br> <br> Is VODACOM not interest in my business ?<br> <br>
