not providing what they where paid for (*****)

In july 2015 I cancelled a contract with Vodacom after a lot of calls to their rude and incompitant cancelions deparment I still have no joy I have today emailed ceo at Vodacom and is in the process off laying a complaint at concumer council of south Africa. if a normal citizen on the street take your money without providing a service it constitude ***** why not does big corps like Vodacom fall under the same law? iam asking that everybody that have the same problem go like iam going to and open a ***** case agains the ceo of Vodacom lets put a stop to this untouchable attitude of theres
