Not properly advised when upgrading

have a contract with vodacom which expires at the end of next month.<br> <br> I received an sms from vodacom during May offering me to upgrade.<br> <br> I went to Ghandi Square branch vodacom and spoke to Consultant Peter who assisted me<br> <br> in obtaining a package in the region of R530 because thats what I could afford.<br> <br> I choose Uflexi R200 for a Samsung S6.<br> <br> I was advised by the Consultant to pay R530 at the end of May which I did. <br> <br> However I received an sms during July stating that I owe R43.40 and I enquired about it and my <br> <br> reference number 001T -TS9K. <br> <br> I received this email from vodacom R728.50-R-155.10=R573 - I paid R-530 and if you take R573.40-R-530=R43.40.<br> <br> I paid R45.00 on Friday, 10th July 2015.<br> <br> I could not understand how they arrived at a figure of R728.00 when I took out a contract for R530.00.<br> <br> I send vodacom an email and they advised me that I was liable to pay for two handsets.<br> <br> My reference number for that e-mail is S3-8AC2U-UC6SL.<br> <br> I was not advised by the Consultant who assisted me in upgrading that I would be I liable to<br> <br> pay for two handsets.
