Not prepare to help

I am a Vodacom client paying between R5000 and R5500 a month. Since porting my MTN to Vodacom, I have not had any further dropped calls and bad reception in our area. My husbands cellphone account with MTN has now come up for renewal. We decided to do the same with his but instead of signing a new contract, we will make use of the one contract I have, but just bring in my husbands number.

The Vodacom service centre in Eastgate is now telling us it can't be done. We asked them to show us in the terms and conditions we signed that we cannot find it stated in the terms and conditions.

Please let me know who can make these arrangements for me seeing that the service centre cannot assist. We are not going to port the number over until we are assured it can be done. I am prepared to go as far as closing my accounts and posting it in social media if Vodacom is not prepared to accommodate such a simple request.
