Not paying for something I didn’t use
They switched off my WiFi when my account was in arrears after paying the arrears they didn’t switch it back on when they then sent it to debt collectors saying I owe R1000 for something I didn’t use. This is very unprofessional when they want money they call but they never call after fixing the arrears this is unacceptable
