Not patiant anymore!!

For almost 2 months,if not 2 months, I have been waiting for my samsung S6 edge gold. The first complaint my friend made about this,I have been waiting a month, there was no response! I made a complaint after a week when there still was no response! I got an email saying the 6 th of November will the phones be delivered. Wow, no surprise, I still don't have my phone!!! You advertise yourself as the only company where you upgrade after 22 months. Wich is nice, because it is a benefit for your regular clients. But what do I have of this benefit? Nothing! I am realy not happy, and I am not someone that complain easeyly. I made a huge and expensive upgrade, from R250 to almost R600. I was so excited for my new phone.
