not loyal

i app**** for a data contract online sim only,it is stipulated the is free sim and connection but i was charged on my first invoice for a connection fee and itemised billing was activated without my authority.logged a request with regards to refund,i have not recieved any feedback with regards to that.i am not happy at all with the service i have recieved so far,i want the contract cancelled with immediate effect as its within the 14day when i dial the *** no one answers.
