Not living up to its high standards

In October 2015 we relocated to Honeydew Manor, Roodeport. The vodacom signal is bad and we logged a query with the call centre, they were very glad that we called and said that is the only way they can assist us if we let them know. They asked for 3 vodacom numbers experiencing this so a technician can be sent to our area to investigate. We gave them the 3 numbers, we got a call to confirm our address and a technician apparently came to investigate because my husband received an sms from vodacom in November to say they have found the problem and they are working on fixing it. In December we went to vodacom customer care in vodaworld to log another query and we were told the only way our complaint or query will be taken seriously was if we come with 10 vodacom numbers that are experiencing the problem and only then will a technician come. So am I supposed to go door to door and ask if they are using vodacom so I can get the 10 numbers? Does that mean when they said they are working on it, they were lying? Even till today the vodacom signal is horrible, we have to leave the house to get better reception/signal. This is not the way to live...can vodacom give a solution?
