Not listening

<p>I upgraded my phone last week Friday. I asked the person who helped me to please send my parcel to my work adress as n live in Richardsbay during the week and weekends I go home wich is in empangeni... Monday came and I was phoned that I haven't been home for my parcel and so I gave the person my work adress and the person said my phone will be with me the next day. Wich did not happen. AGAIN I was phoned asking for the the correct adress, wich I gave to them again and still I haven't received my phone. I don't even have a tracking number wich was said wil be emailed to me as soon as its been dispatched. I have not received that email either. So who do I call!!!!! </p>
